Cordoba Guitars

Cordoba Guitars was founded in 1997 by (CEO) Tim Miklaucic and is located in beautiful Santa Monica, CA. Cordoba.

Cordoba Nylon String Guitars is the result of Miklaucic's desire to rescue the classical guitar which, today, has been overshadowed by the acoustic steel-string guitar and the electric guitar. In Addition to Classical and Flamenco Guitars Cordoba also makes Ukuleles.

Cordoba Guitars are designed in the Spanish tradition - resonant, lightweight and handmade. Varying from 1/4 to full size and with many colors, tonewood, style and cutaway/electric options. The quality and craftsmanship of Cordoba Guitars speaks to the evolution of nylon-stringed instruments. Cordoba has painstakingly sought to balance the tradition of the early master luthiers with the growing changes in technology. The result is an uncompromising fusion of beauty and artistry that is lightweight and responsive while maintaining the integrity of the Spanish tradition.

Tim Miklaucic began his nylon string guitar renaissance by researching the best luthiers and brands in the world. Among the first was Edmund Blöchinger (Cordoba Designer / Master Builder). Blöchinger was known for utilizing the classical methods of late 19th-century Spanish luthiers. In fact, Cordoba now honors five master luthiers with replicas of iconic guitar models that represent significant moments in the careers of Antonio de Torres, Hermann Hauser I, Miguel Rodriguez, Manuel Reyes, and Domingo Esteso.

Cordoba also has Pepe Romero Jr. on their team, who had already been working on an innovative process of applying classical-guitar-building techniques to the ukulele. The traditional ukulele then underwent a redesign that began by widening the neck offering the player greater freedom and maneuverability while the exterior aesthetics offered an elegant appearance and superior craftsmanship.

If you are in the market for a Classical Guitar, Flamenco Guitar or Ukulele you should come in to check out these amazing instruments.

Godin Guitars

Godin Guitars was formed by Robert Godin when he started the company LaSiDo in 1978. Robert Godin began making guitars in rural Quebec out of a passion for music and craftsmanship. His dedication to quality and ingenuity has allowed Godin to become one of North America’s largest guitar manufacturers.

Today, that same passion drives the next generation of Godin Guitars by Robert’s two sons, Simon and Patrick. Their guitars continue to evolve and shake up the industry through modern designs, thoughtful refinement and a commitment to handwork.

Godin guitars are unique because from forest to stage, they are North American. The necks and bodies are all made in their original location in La Patrie, Quebec. Godin Guitars are then assembled in their Quebec and New Hampshire factories. Keeping the process close to home means Godin experts and designers can ensure the highest quality with a personal touch. From fretting to sanding, there is more handwork in Godin guitars than you will find in most custom shops.

When you buy a guitar from any of their brands, you are supporting a Canadian, family-owned company. There are six brands under the Godin family: Seagull, Simon & Patrick, Norman, LaPatrie, Art & Lutherie, and Godin.

They are also the manufacturer of the revolutionary TRIC case which provides a new level of guitar protection, unparalleled in the industry today.

Come in and feel free to try one these great guitars for yourself.

Gretsch Guitars

Remenyi + Gretsch Guitars

Gretsch was founded in 1883, by Friedrich Gretsch, he started his shop in Brooklyn, New York, and began to make banjos and drums. While it may be an unlikely start for a century-plus long musical legacy, young Fred wasn't the typical teen. By 1916 he had built the company into one of America's leading importers and manufacturers of musical instruments, and the operations moved into a 10-story building at 60 Broadway in Brooklyn. Fred knew that listening to what the public wanted was the key to growth, and the public wanted guitars. So, Gretsch began making guitars.

Initially, Gretsch offered acoustic archtops aimed at jazz musicians and a handful of flat-tops for country-western performers. Gretsch then pioneered new designs and manufacturing techniques, winning endorsements from some of the music industry’s most respected artists, including Chet Atkins, Eddie Cochran, Billy Duffy, Bono, Duane Eddy, George Harrison, Brian Setzer, Stephen Stills, and Malcolm Young.

Gretsch offers many different models of acoustic and electric guitars which are like functional art, they look as beautiful as the sound. Gretsch places its emphasis on hand-craftsmanship and commitment to quality over a storied 135 years and counting. Over the span of four generations, The Gretsch Company developed what came to be known "That Great Gretsch Sound".

Come in today and see and hear for yourself these fantastic guitars.

Ibanez Guitars

Ibanez Guitars

Ibanez is a Japanese guitar brand owned by Hoshino Gakki, based in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan. Hoshino Gakki decided in 1935 to make Spanish-style acoustic guitars, at first using the "Ibanez Salvador" brand name in honor of Spanish luthier Salvador Ibáñez, and later simply "Ibanez".

In the '70s, Ibanez made a number of high-quality copies of American guitars which are known as law-suit era guitars. One of which was an Ibanez Destroyer which was used by Guitar Virtuoso Eddie Van Halen. Later, Ibanez developed their own model guitar shapes such as the Ibanez Iceman used by Paul Stanley of the band Kiss. Later still, in the '80s, Ibanez in conjunction with Steve Vai had developed a radical new guitar a "Super Strat" that became the Ibanez JEM, a completely new innovative guitar which had many firsts on an electric guitar.

Ibanez was one of the first Japanese musical instrument companies to gain a significant foothold in import guitar sales in the United States and Europe, as well as the first brand of guitars to mass-produce the seven-string guitar and eight-string guitar. Ibanez manufactures instruments in Japan, China, Indonesia and the United States (at a Los Angeles-based custom shop).

Ibanez is one of the world's largest guitar builders with a wide range of models covering virtually every style of music. As of 2019, they marketed nearly 165 models of bass guitar, 130 acoustic guitars, and a very impressive more than 300 models of electric guitars to choose from.
