Shipping & Return Policy

Remenyi House of Music makes thousands of items available for sale through our online store. Please note that our product selection represents only a portion of what is available in our retail store. If you can't find what you're in search of, we'd be happy to handle your inquiry through email or telephone. Our checkout process is secured by Shopify for the highest level of security of your personal information.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Prices appearing on this website apply to online purchases only and will not be matched at any of our retail locations.
Order Fulfillment
Most in-stock orders are shipped by 4pm ET on the following business day. Orders containing out-of-stock items may take between 2-4 weeks to complete, as we receive many of our products from suppliers worldwide and occasionally experience re-stocking delays. Although we make every effort to ensure the information displayed on our product pages is accurate, it is possible that certain items may become permanently unavailable. In such cases, you will be notified that an item has been cancelled and we may suggest an alternate product. Please note that the selection of products listed online may not be available in our retail locations.
Shipping
Our online store can currently ship in Canada only. Most orders are dispatched via Canada Post, though occasionally other carriers will be used at our discretion. Order status updates and package tracking information will be sent to your email. We reserve the right to revise shipping charges.
Returns
We will accept product returns under the following conditions:
- All returns must be pre-authorised by our orders team.
- Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of shipment's arrival. Exceptions apply.
- We do not offer refunds. Instrument and accessory returns may be on a case-by-case basis.
- Products must be returned in original, re-saleable condition.
- Product returns must be shipped pre-paid, accompanied by our invoice.
- Charges related to shipping & handling are not refundable, unless due to an error on our part.
Although we will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests, we reserve the right to reject product returns that do not meet this policy. To obtain authorisation for a return, please contact us at orders@remenyi.com
