Featuring solid mahogany top, mahogany back and sides, the mid-sized Newporter body shape provides a balanced voice that's both articulate and powerful. Designed for performing, it also includes a premium Fender- and Fishman®-designed preamp system voiced specifically for the Newporter's body shape, allowing you to reproduce the guitar's natural sound when plugged into an amplifier. The mahogany neck features a comfortable, slim-taper "C"-shaped profile, inspired by Fender's electric legacy.
The Newporter Special's no-compromise attitude extends to its build quality, featuring quartersawn scalloped X bracing for superior resonance, an upgraded bone nut and saddle, and a tilt-back headstock for enhanced sustain. Sleek maple binding, matching maple rosette, and the 6-in-line headstock punch up the Newporter's quintessential Fender vibe. We do our best to get your order out the door same day when it is in stock. If an item is out of stock, you will see it indicated on the product page before you add it to your cart, or you will be contacted. Most often, we ship with Canada Post but sometimes other carriers like FedEx or UPS are used. If your method of shipping is eligible for a tracking number, this will be emailed to you.
Return policy
