Following the success of our summer reading session last year, we're back again, this time with the esteemed Elaine Choi at the helm.

Join us for an evening filled with beautiful harmonies and melodies as we explore a variety of choral pieces together. This event will take place July 8th @ 6:30pm at our flagship store, located at 109 Vanderhoof Ave. Come ready to discover and learn with your choral colleagues!

Geared toward conductors and music directors, this event is an ideal way to be introduced to some new works, as well as be guided through some approaches to directing these pieces by a highly educated and celebrated choral conductor.

About Elaine Choi

Elaine Choi immerses herself in Canada’s vibrant choral community as a passionate conductor, educator and adjudications / clinician. She is the Director of Music at Timothy Eaton Memorial Church and Artistic Director of Pax Christi Chorale. Elaine is also the founder and artistic director of Babεl, a chamber choir dedicated to bridging cultures through choral music. She conducted the 2024 Ontario Youth Choir and is the most recent recipient of the Leslie Bell Prize in choral conducting (Ontario Arts Council).
