A moto perpetuo showpiece, Chatterbox! was commissioned by Joo Yeon Sir for performance in the Young Artist Series at St JohnSmith Square, London, in May 2016. The incessant babble implied by the title is aptly portrayed by the violin's spiccato bowing and chromatic figuration, as set against the boogie-woogie-style piano part. To add to the effect a metronome (set to 140 beats per minute) may be optionally be added. Alternative accompaniment for string orchestra is available on hire from Boosey & Hawkes.

If an item is out of stock, you will see it indicated on the product page before you add it to your cart, or you will be contacted. Most often, we ship with Canada Post but sometimes other carriers like FedEx or UPS are used. If your method of shipping is eligible for a tracking number, this will be emailed to you.
