How To Get Here
Many folks remember our iconic location at Bloor & Avenue! For some of those who live in downtown Toronto, our new flagship store in Leaside might feel like travelling all the way to the moon—but we are here to reassure you that there are still many convenient ways to get to us. And of course, many will find our Leaside location even more convenient, thanks to great features like accessibility and free parking!
Our main entrance is located on Vanderhoof Ave, across from Tim Hortons. We're also nearby to popular stores such as Marshalls, Staples, The Home Depot, Winners, Sobeys, and more.
Below, you'll find out all the ways you can get to Remenyi House of Music at 109 Vanderhoof Ave:
1. Drive to us
We are located at the corner of Vanderhoof Ave and Brentcliffe Rd. The closest major intersection is Eglinton Ave E and Laird Dr. Click here to get driving directions from Google Maps.
2. Take the TTC
There are several routes you can take to get to 109 Vanderhoof Ave. These are our suggestions.
Grab a bus from any of the following subway stations:
- Eglinton Station: Take the 34A, 34C, 51, 54A, or 54B bus and get off at Brentcliffe Rd. We are just one block south. You can also take the 56 bus and get off at Vanderhoof Ave. We are then one block east.
- St Clair Station: Take the 88B bus and get off at Vanderhoof Ave. We are right across the street from the bus stop!
- Donlands Station: Take the 56 bus and get off at Vanderhoof Ave. We are then one block east.
Of course, you can always search up transit directions on your map service of choice, (click here for Google Maps), as well as use the TTC Trip Planner for more information.
As you can see, tons of buses pass near our store, and it will get even easier when the Eglinton LRT opens. (We know, we are crossing our fingers too.)
3. Take a Taxi or Rideshare
If using a taxi or rideshare service, be aware that some services continue to list our previous 210 Bloor Street West address rather than our current 109 Vanderhoof Avenue address (updating this is not as easy as one might expect!).
4. Ride a bike
If you're a cyclist, another great option is to ride your bike! Click here to search up biking directions. If you don't have your own, you can also rent a city bike with Bike Share Toronto. There are convenient docks located at Eglinton Ave E & Brentcliffe Rd, and McCrae Dr & Laird Dr.
As you can see, there are multiple ways to visit us no matter what part of the city you're coming from! Of course, sometimes making the trip in person just isn't possible, and if that is the case, do remember that we are happy to ship orders Canada-wide! Shop online at the button below, or feel free to call or email us if you don't see what you're looking for in our online store.
