Martín García García (Gijón, 1996)
is considered one of the pianists with the greatest international projection. At 26, he has obtained two very important awards as the first prize at ‘2021 Cleveland International Piano Competition’ and the third prize and best concerto award at ‘XVIII International Chopin Piano Competition’ in Warsaw. In the latter case, Martín has been the first Spaniard to reach the final of the most relevant piano event worldwide, achieved previously by Maurizio Pollini, Krystian Zimerman or Martha Argerich. García García has offered more than 70 performances during 2022 in Asia, United States, Europe, and Spain. Notably, his debut at Carnegie Hall in New York and a successful tour of Japan, attended by more than 25,000 spectators in 14 performances. He has also published his first album ‘Chopin and His Master’, produced by the artist himself.
